What we’re not changing, we are choosing. The only reason we don’t live the life we want is that we continue to feed the life we don’t want. The key to change is recognizing that inaction is a choice to stay the same.

The way people treat you reflects how they see you, and how you let people treat you reflects how you see yourself. This isn’t just about setting boundaries; it’s about recognizing your God-given worth. Psalm 139:14 reminds us that we are “fearfully and wonderfully made.” Viewing yourself through God’s eyes changes your expectations and what you accept in your relationships.

On my journey, I’ve learned that God will often put you back together before those who broke you. When brokenness feels overwhelming, take heart in the promise of divine restoration. God doesn’t just mend hearts privately; He restores them in ways that reveal His glory. As Psalm 23:5 says, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies.” Trust that God will piece you back together, even in the sight of those who caused your pain.

God restores the broken through His infinite love, grace, and power, offering healing in ways that transcend human understanding. God’s nearness brings comfort and peace to the brokenhearted through His Presence. Psalm 34:18 declares, “The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” His presence reassures us that we are not alone in our pain and that He walks with us through every trial.

Jesus’ sacrifice on the cross provides the ultimate restoration. God’s forgiveness is a fresh start, no matter how broken we feel due to trauma, sin, shame, or mistakes. “If anyone is in Christ, they are a new creation: The old has gone, the new has come!” (2 Corinthians 5:17). His grace restores our relationship with Him and allows us to move forward in freedom.

God uses our brokenness to create beauty and purpose. “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love Him” (Romans 8:28). He transforms pain into testimony, using our struggles to encourage and bless others. Even amidst brokenness, His hope anchors us to His unchanging goodness.

Our brokenness often stems from damaged relationships or circumstances, but God specializes in reconciliation and renewal. Joel 2:25 promises, “I will restore to you the years that the swarming locust has eaten.” God can restore what seems lost, bringing peace and wholeness where chaos once existed.

God heals emotional wounds and renews our minds. “He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds” (Psalm 147:3). His Word brings clarity, peace, and strength, replacing lies of worthlessness with His truth about our value.

God’s restoration is both a process and a promise. While it may not happen overnight, His faithfulness ensures that He will complete the good work He started in you (Philippians 1:6). Trust Him, for His ways are perfect, and He is continually working to bring beauty from ashes. Lean on God, step into your worth, and boldly choose the life He designed for you. Each step toward change is a step toward His promises. I hope this speaks to you, and I pray you have a blessed day!
