With the holidays upon us, I recognize we all face tough seasons—losing loved ones, battling illness, or navigating broken relationships. Life’s challenges can feel overwhelming, but Psalm 68:19 reminds us: “Each day, God carries us in His arms.” In your most difficult moments, God whispers, “Don’t worry, I’ll carry you.” His strength, peace, and favor are always with you, no matter what you’re facing—be it sickness, divorce, or work struggles.

Looking back, can you recall the moments when God carried you through unfair or painful times? Perhaps you felt like you couldn’t endure, but somehow, strength and grace saw you through. Those weren’t coincidences—those were the arms of God lifting you. Your prayers mattered, and His presence sustained you.

It’s easy to praise God when life is going well, but the true gift is realizing His grace in your struggles. I’ve learned to thank God, not just for my blessings, but for carrying me through difficulties—keeping my dreams alive even when I doubted. When my father passed, I had to comfort others while wrestling with my own grief. Looking back, I know it was God who gave me the peace and strength to move forward.

No matter the season, God’s grace is enough. Think about the times He’s carried you through loss, heartache, or uncertainty. Today, you’re still standing. You’re stronger because He brought you through. Whatever you face now may seem overwhelming, but remember: the Creator of the universe is carrying you.

Exodus 19:4 paints a beautiful picture: “I carried you on eagle’s wings and brought you to Myself.” God’s promise remains the same. He will lift you from depression, heartache, and setbacks—this is not the end of your story. Abundance, joy, and breakthroughs are ahead.

The imagery of eagle’s wings is powerful. Eagles soar higher than any other bird, defying the storms below. You’re not just being carried; you’re being lifted to a higher place. You won’t merely survive your challenges—you will thrive, emerging stronger and better than ever.

David once asked, “If not for God’s goodness, where would I be?” It’s a question we can all relate to. God doesn’t always resolve our struggles instantly, but He strengthens us to endure them. He lifts us when we can’t lift ourselves. And as He carries us, He reveals hidden strengths we never knew we had.

The Israelites’ journey from slavery to the Promised Land is a testament to God’s faithfulness. For 40 years in the wilderness, they doubted, feared, and faced scarcity. Yet, God carried them like a loving Father. Deuteronomy 1:31 says, “The Lord your God carried you as a father carries his child.” He sustained them, providing food, water, and even ensuring their clothes didn’t wear out.

In the same way, God is sustaining you. You may not see it, but He’s making a way. On your journey to your Promised Land, trust that He will provide and protect.

God’s love is constant, no matter your age or circumstances. Isaiah 40:11 reminds us: “He carries you close to His heart.” You are precious to Him. Even in your struggles, God is working. Trials cannot derail His plans for you. Instead of worrying, release your burdens to Him. Psalm 55:22 says, “Cast your cares on the Lord, and He will sustain you.”

When we hold onto worry and stress, we carry burdens we were never meant to bear. Letting go allows God to carry us fully. Declare, “God, I trust You. I believe You’re in control.” Refuse to let fear or negativity weigh you down. God didn’t bring you this far to abandon you.

Even in serving others, God renews our strength. Jesus said to “take up your cross,” not as a burden to break you, but as a source of strength and purpose.

This reminds me of Mephibosheth, the grandson of King Saul and son of Jonathan. Mephibosheth was born into royalty, but after his father and grandfather’s deaths, he was dropped as a child and left crippled. Living in Lo Debar, a desolate place, he seemed far from his royal destiny.

One day, King David, missing his best friend Jonathan, asked if there were any surviving relatives. When David learned of Mephibosheth, he sent men to bring him from the slums to the palace. Imagine Mephibosheth’s fear when the king’s men arrived. He likely expected punishment for his grandfather Saul’s actions.

But instead of retribution, David extended grace. He told Mephibosheth: “You will no longer live in the slums. You will dine at my table and inherit all that belonged to your grandfather Saul.” Unable to walk, Mephibosheth was carried to the king’s table—a powerful reminder of God’s grace and restoration.

Like Mephibosheth, you may feel broken or far from your destiny, but God hasn’t forgotten you. He’s preparing to lift you higher. He will carry you from a place of lack to a place of abundance. He will bring restoration, favor, and promotion.

So, no matter what you’re facing, know this: God is carrying you. He will sustain you, strengthen you, and guide you to the fulfillment of His promises. Don’t let fear or doubt hold you back. Declare today:

“Father, I trust You to carry me. Thank You for lifting me on eagle’s wings. I release my burdens and receive Your strength, favor, and peace.”

This is your moment to soar. The God who carried you through before will carry you again. Rest in His arms, and trust that He’s taking you higher than you ever imagined. I hope this speaks to you, and I pray you have a blessed day!
